The authors let themselves reflect in “New Times, Old Recommentions II” the interaction between the Analytic Function: Listening Function. For these one, they go form the basic rules of the suspended attention, seen as a vital instrument so the analyst can hear the going of the unconscious. The look for work the metapsycology heptoses that the “attention” is to the force of the line of the sexual instinct, as long as, the “fluctuation” is for the ruptive force of death instinct. They emphataise the importation of make themselves work in these new times to the analytic listen of unconscious, from the representable to the irrepresentable, that have as mentor the suspended attention.
